Kyiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine announces competitive bidding (tender) for the purchase of scratch cards for replenishment of a mobile account.

This purchase is necessary for providing scratch cards as part of the project "Kyiv region is free from tuberculosis: promoting recovery for everyone at any age", financed by the International Charity Fund "Public Health Alliance".
