The main task of the mobile medical teams is to strengthen primary healthcare facilities by providing qualified medical services to the local population in various remote regions of Ukraine and to numerous internally displaced persons affected by the hostilities.
Today, 5 mobile medical teams operate in the Kyiv region, covering the needs of the population of the following communities:
Zazymska territorial community and Kalynivska territorial community (Brovary district).
Buchanska city territorial community, Irpin city territorial community, Gostomel settlement territorial community and Makariv settlement territorial community (Buchansky district)
Vasylkivska territorial community, Feodosiyivska territorial community (Obukhiv district)
Since the beginning of the year, mobile medical teams have provided 3594 consultations in 72 settlements of the Kyiv region. Among the patients, 3412 people are local residents and 182 are internally displaced persons. The most common reason for visits was cardiovascular disease, and the average age of patients was 63 years.
