We continue our fruitful meetings regarding the exchange of experience in the field of volunteering

The BraVo Program for the Development of Organizations and Volunteering is being implemented in the Kyiv Regional Organization of the TCHHU. It is designed to promote the development of local branches of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, to share the knowledge and skills of employees and volunteers in order to better and more efficiently cope with today's challenges and help the population.

On May 30, 2023, a meeting of local organizations was held at the regional level within the framework of the "Exchange of Experience" program. The Belotserki city organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine acted as the host, the participants were the Boryspil district organization, the Buchan city organization, the Vyshgorod district organization, the Kyiv-Svyatoshin district organization and the Obukhiv city district organization, the Kyiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine.

Representatives of the Bilotserk organization presented their experience in all areas of activity (under the projects "Psychosocial support", "Home care", "First aid", "Mine danger", "International humanitarian law" and others), discussed the problems with which volunteers face when conducting volunteer activities, and ways to solve them, shared the secrets of successful teamwork, mutual motivation, volunteer support, as well as plans for the future, enlisted the support of colleagues and were inspired to develop local organizations more effectively.

Joint work of volunteers and employees of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, systematic partnership interaction, support and assistance are the key to successful volunteering, development and prosperity of local organizations!
