Kyiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine supports the employees of the "Dzhereltse" hospital, who were injured as a result of the fall of the emergency services helicopter on January 18, 2023 in the city of Brovary

Kyiv regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine implements the project "Grateful Heart". The project involves providing financial assistance to 38 employees and educators of the "Dzhereltse" preschool, which has been welcoming its young children with love and warmth since 1987. The institution with a sweet-sounding name had everything needed for a comfortable stay for children: modern group rooms, brand-new bathrooms, well-equipped gyms. The teachers of this kindergarten are real professionals who are passionate about their work. Therefore, it is not surprising that on the day of the tragedy, January 18 this year, everyone who was at the workplace fearlessly helped evacuate children from the burning kindergarten, despite the risks to their own lives.

On that day, the representatives of the TCHU arrived at the scene of the incident to provide psychological and first aid. This terrible tragedy divided the lives of all residents of the community into "before" and "after".

Kyiv regional organization of the TCHU provides material support to the affected employees of the institution. As of the beginning of May this year, 196,000 hryvnias have already been paid to the beneficiaries within the framework of the "Grateful Heart" project. A total of UAH 570,000 is planned to be paid under the program, i.e. UAH 15,000 each. to each of the 38 employees.
