Young people learn to save lives: first aid training in Bucha

The Plast Training Centre in Bucha hosted a first aid training session organised by the Kyiv Regional Organisation of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. The aim of this extremely interesting and informative master class was to teach young people how to act confidently in emergency situations and maintain safety in their community.

Participants did not just listen to theory, but practised critically important skills:
✅ algorithm of actions in emergency situations;
✅ assessment of the condition of the victim;
✅ correct calling of emergency services.

Special attention was paid to developing psychological confidence and readiness to act in critical situations. We are convinced that community safety begins with everyone who knows how to help. The teenagers impressed us with their responsibility and sincere interest in each exercise!
