The primary goal of signing the memorandum with the Chernihiv OO is to help cover the logistical burdens of both organizations to provide the most remote centers in the city of Desna (Chernihiv region) and in the city of Slavutych (Kyiv region).

Given the close territorial location of the regions within which the Parties carry out their activities, the CSO can create humanitarian aid distribution points for the affected sections of the population on the territory of the Desnyan community of the Chernihiv region, and the CSO on the territory of the Slavutytsk community of the Kyiv region.
