On February 15 and 16, 2024, within the framework of the BraVo project, an analytical event - Assessment of the organization's organizational potential session - was held at the Bucha city organization of the URCS

A AOOP is a tool for self-assessing the potential and capacity of an organization, which helps to identify weaknesses and strengths, improve and strengthen the organization's activities, and develop a plan for implementing changes and new incarnations.

On February 15 and 16, 2024, within the framework of the BraVo project, an analytical event - a AOOP session - was held at the Bucha city organization of the URCS aimed at assessing the organization's organizational potential and planning strategic decisions.

The participants were facilitators of the National Committee of the URCS, the team of the Bucha city organization (head, organization development and volunteering specialist, volunteers), and the organization development specialist of the Kyiv regional organization of the URCS.

A pleasant and unexpected surprise was the visit of Mr. Mykola Yefremovych Polishchuk, President of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

The event was also joined by the head of the Kyiv regional organization, Igor Prokopenko.

We are grateful to Mr. President and the Head of the Kyiv Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross for their experience, inspiration, and the opportunity to become better and more successful in order to continue to fulfill this responsible mission of loving people, protecting them and helping them.

Presentation of activities, successful cases, analysis of work and prioritization, exchange of experience and brainstorming, emotions and impressions, bold ideas, distribution of roles in the team - all this inspires us to overcome difficulties, find ways to solve them, and push us to new actions.

We thank the entire team of excellent facilitators for their new knowledge, explanations and comments, analysis and assistance in determining the strategy.

The received AOOP certificate is the beginning of the path to significant changes and improvements in the Bucha Municipal District of the Ministry of Defense!
