Opening of a new Mobile Medical Brigade in Skvyra

We are pleased to announce that on October 13, 2025, the Ukrainian Red Cross “Mobile Medical Brigades” project has been launched in the Skvyra community of the Bila Tserkva district.

This initiative was made possible thanks to the support of the British Red Cross and the joint efforts of the Kyiv Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, the NGO "Bila Tserkva City District Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society" and the Skvyra City Council's KNP "Skvyra City Center for Primary Health Care".

The project aims to provide primary health care, consultations, and support to residents of remote communities who have limited access to medical services.

During the visit, community residents can receive a consultation from a family doctor, measure blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, check saturation, temperature, and, if available and necessary, receive over-the-counter medications of general therapeutic action,as well as for the timely detection of diseases that require further treatment by specialized specialists.

The Mobile Medical Brigade operates according to a pre-established schedule of visits to settlements of the Skvyra community from 10:00 to 14:00 at temporary medical stations (MTBS) and paramedic stations (PMS).

You can familiarize yourself with the schedule of visits in the starosta districts of the community and the KNP SMR "Skvyra City Center for Primary Medical and Sanitary Care".

This project is another significant step towards strengthening and improving the system of accessible medicine in the Kyiv region.
